Very knowledgeable check in staff that recommended points of interest and told us a little about the history of the building. The street is very narrow but there is enough space in front of the apartment to stop the car and unload. Parking is about 5 mins away and costs about 29 euros/ day. This place is impeccable, very modern with an espresso machine. I was surprised to see a small elevator.

Appartement équipé avec le necessaire. Bien situé, à distance de marche de la cathédrale et des principaux attraits. Suffisamment spacieux pour 4 (penthouse). Excellente communication avec le staff. Nous avons eu quelques problèmes, rien de grave, mais les appartements devraient être mieux inspectés entre les séjours pour s'assurer que tout fonctionne bien. Je ne recommande pas pour un long séjour, mais parfait pour quelques nuits.

If it wasn’t for the ants infestation and the horrible sofa bed I would’ve given this place a 9 but unfortunately I would never stay here again. I have never stayed at a hotel where I get ants and crawling all over the place.

We spent two weeks in Spain and this was our favorite place to stay. Very comfortable size for a family of four. In a hot place as Sevilla, our AC was working well and it was quite. Perfect location, right in the middle of old town, restaurants everywhere, never too crowded and never noisy at night. Apartment could use a small renovation and update, but If we go back to Sevilla, I would try to book this place again.
