Beautiful small hotel 1 minute walk from the palace and church. Great location. We opted to include breakfast and it was delicious. Lots of choices and terrific cappuccinos. The staff are very friendly. Great place to stay

A great hotel

A lovely hotel conveniently located in town centre. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds One problem - our room of the ground floor had a bad, damp/humid smell

Loved this small hotel, which had excellent staff, that were very knowledgeable and accommodating, it was clean, very central to cathedral and Alcazar Palace, lots of excellent tapas bars within a short walk. The only down side for me was the bed is really hard and I do love a softer bed, we did ask at reception and they did try to put something softer on the bed, but it made little difference

What a lovely boutique hotel. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was refreshingly different from the typical continental buffet. Very enjoyable with sufficient choices. The bedroom and ensuite were both spacious and clean. Fantastic location for the main attractions, shops and restaurants.

Wonderful, characterful small hotel, with lots of personal touches and charming staff. Honestly the best hotel breakfast I can remember having (and we travel a lot). The location is perfect - quiet but central. Room 2 has a beautiful terrace which backs onto Alcázar Palace so we could see the palace garden illuminations from our room. The room also has an ancient well on display below the glass section of the floor. Manages to blend historic archeological features with classy modern conveniences. The bathroom is spacious with jack & jill sinks and molton brown products and the smart tv has Netflix etc loaded. There’s a kettle as well as a Nespresso machine. - all for a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Misunderstanding

Comfortable, clean and in the right location to explore Seville. The rooms are big, nice plush towels and super close to so many restaurants and all the buildings to visit. Language was a very big problem. We were told “tea” was included. After asking twice how did “ tea service worked” and not getting a clear understanding how it worked. I gave up. We were informed we would receive a complimentary bottle of wine. WE DID NOT GET IT. I did ask twice but was never given a clear answer.

This hotel really surprised us how lovely it was. It’s perfectly located tucked back a small side street so it’s quiet at night but also in walking distance to so much. The hotel itself is do cute and they offer hot chocolate and afternoon snacks daily. I woukd recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very well located, just a few meters from the tram and a 24-hour taxi stand. My room had an excellent terrace. The staff's attention was very good, and the recommendations and tips from one of the staff members, Alegria, were extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent, although we didn't choose it every morning since we often left early. However, the day we did try it, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the ingredients and the preparation. I also really enjoyed the snacks served at 4 PM in the reception area. As a VIP member of Expedia, the inclusion of sparkling wine was a very welcomed touch, and we enjoyed it on Christmas night. This hotel will definitely be on my list for future visits to Seville.

The hotel is brilliant. Location is amazing. Our room overlooked the Al Cazar gardens. The reception was friendly and loved the little treats provided. The only downside was that he housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. We travelled during the holiday period so I guess the staff were really busy as housekeeping did not replace the gels in the bathroom or the coffee and milk. Plates were not collected from the room. We visit Seville every year and will definitely stay again inspire of the minor housekeeping issues.
