This is a lovely hotel in a slightly run down area of Seville - around 20 mins walk to the main sites. The hotel itself is very clean with large rooms and a lovely pool terrace with amazing views over the city. The staff were very friendly and Chris in particular was very helpful with local information and recommendations. There are a number of nice tapas bars within easy walking distance of the hotel and the area feels safe to walk around.

We had a great stay here, the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable few days. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It’s not right in the city centre, which might not suit families with very young children, but that was actually a big plus for us. We really enjoyed the pleasant 15-minute walk into the main city. It meant the area was quieter and less busy, which made for a much more relaxing stay. The only small thing I’d mention is that the toiletries weren’t refilled during our stay. We had enough, but by the end we were running low, and the daily cleaning could have been a bit more thorough — for example, a used water glass wasn’t replaced. I’m sure if we’d mentioned it, the staff would have sorted it straight away, but ideally it would have been done automatically. Overall though, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or adults looking for a peaceful base near the city.

It was so noisy that I did not sleep the 3 nights I was there and I was there for my birthday. The hotel staff suggested I move rooms but why would I do that halfway through my stay? They should have moved the guests making noise until 2am. Beware if you are staying beneath someone else as there is no soundproofing

Very clean hotel and all staff were very accommodating, nothing was a problem to them. They keep their hotel neat and tidy and it all results in a satisfying stay for their guests. The ultimate test is would we return(?) ... and in this case the answer is most definitely.

Great stay!

It was about a 20 minute walk from the central section of town where all of the monuments are, but still had a robust nightlife. Staff was excellent and attentive. Breakfast buffet was better than average.

A lovely stay in Triana, Seville.

The hotel staff are really lovely, friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself is nice if a little dated and the rooms could be upgraded, the flooring was chipped and walls were marked. Rooms could do with a deep clean particularly around the skirting boards and the grout in the shower. While the room was serviced daily, my sheets weren’t changed during my 5 nights and the floor in the bathroom never looked like it was hoovered properly. The pool area is nice but the sun loungers are really uncomfortable and it lacked atmosphere. Would be lovely if they played some music (I understand this may not be possible as there were residential apartments nearby). Would be great if they also offered food options at the pool area. You also have to pay for a towel to use at the pool which is just completely unnecessary at a 4 star hotel (it’s only €1.50 but you need to pay it for each time you want a clean towel) The lobby is like a bachelor pad from the 90’s, gives Patrick Bateman vibes. Overall it was a lovely stay, the location is great, Triana is beautiful and easily walkable into Seville centre.
