Exceeded all my expectations

I hardly ever write reviews but this place deserves it. I had no idea what to expect The staff went above and beyond with kindness and understanding to make the stay extra special…everyone from check in to check out made it such a memorable experience. Anything we needed they gave us. Not only would I come back which I tend not to go the same place twice, I will recommend to all my friends and family. Please look after the staff so they continue to give such a high standard of service

I had a lovely time staying at the Hotel Sevilla Center! The staff were amazing, so friendly and always happy to answer any questions. They surprised me with a cake on my birthday to my room, which was so lovely - thank you. The buffet was delicious, there was lots of choice. The staff were very quick to seat you and clear up tables. It was 40 degrees when we visited Seville, so it was amazing to have a pool at the hotel to cool down. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk into the city centre, or get the tram. The airport bus stop is 5 minutes from the hotel, which was very. Overall I had a wonderful stay, and would go back in the future!

My recent stay at this hotel was underwhelming. The hotel personnel need to be more welcoming and friendly, especially towards guests during check-in. The room was just okay—nothing remarkable stood out. Unfortunately, I never had the chance to visit the rooftop or swimming pool, as they were either not open yet or had already closed early each day. Breakfast is not provided, which was fine for me. The biggest disappointment was the location. It’s a 50-minute walk to downtown, which is much farther than I expected. Service was virtually non-existent. I requested ice and extra hangers, but after waiting for three hours, they never arrived. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they seemed unconcerned and did not address the issue. Overall, I was disappointed with both the service and the location, and I would not recommend this hotel to those looking for a convenient or welcoming stay.
