The property is very conveniently located within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions. The staff was very unpleasant to interact with. We reached the property at 1 pm on the day of our check in (after informing our arrival time in advance) but the lady at the front desk refused to give us a room till 3 pm even after multiple requests. The room was very dark with 2-3 bulbs in the living room not working. We raised an issue with her but she didn’t care and had absolutely no reaction to our complaint.

The on-line registration and check-in process was overly complicated. Apart from that we thought Slow Suites Sestas was a great place to stay, with all of downtown Seville within walking distance. Large, clean, comfortable and well-equipped suite. Excellent value!

Amazing location. Spacious. Washer and dryer unit was convenient. Our A/C leaked and they got it fixed the next day. Easy walk for sight seeing. Lots of dining options close by. Helpful staff.

Centrally located in historic center. Very convenient. Walkable area. Within 5 minutes: bus station, taxi stand, Mas supermarket, restaurants, Las Setas. Can walk to Real Alcazar ( make sure to book online in advance) Watched Tablao Flemenco show at Las Setas at night. Some homeless people sleeping on the Street outside though at night. Booked day trips with meeting points close by. Taxi price varies to Train station depending on traffic. 6-12€ Apartment is nice. One bed is very light and keeps moving while turning at sleep. Hence use the sofa pullout bed. A little noise at night due to traffic and rain but overall good sleep. Washer/dryer inside : big . 14 minutes washing and 2 hours drying. Very noisy. Schedule your laundry time while out. 4.5/5

We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. The things that let this property down are the the things that they refer to on their website as "luxury" and the importance of detail. These are both things that encouraged us to book the apartment. However the reality is the apartment we had (4th floor apt 3) could not be described as "luxury". There were lights that didn't work, the bulbs were replaced after 3 days of our 4 day stay. The terrace furniture was missing some cushions, which were replaced after asking more than once and halfway through our stay. The terrace parasol was broken and unusable. It was blowing about so much in the night that I had to tie it up. The day before checkout a cover was put over it to secure it. The decor in the bedroom has suffered water damage from the a/c at some point and has just been left with stained wall and peeling paper. The toilet flush broke on the 3rd day and happily this was repaired almost immediately. The cabinet doors in the kitchen needed re alignment. This lack of attention to details meant that the luxury element of this apartment had vanished.

We loved our stay here. Sevilla is an amazing city and to be a few mins walk from the Setas and just a little further to the amazing cathedral was great. It also meant lots of options for food, drink and shopping. Location alone means we will stay again. We loved the set up of having access to the building via our phones rather than carrying keys. We had a terrace and it was amazing to enjoy the afternoon heat or evening cool. Having a fridge for lots of cool drinks was a must during a stay in the hot city. Only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is room was a little tired and we never had dish towels for the kitchen. There is a washing machine but no drying line for the terrace.
