Great stay at the upgraded suite

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here. When we booked the trip, we had booked a standard suite. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgraded suite with a living room, private balcony, mini bar, kitchenette, etc. It was such a nice surprise! We had a wonderful time being able to sit on the deck and watch as tour groups walked by (and even took photos of the beautiful building)! The location was great, right next to the gardens and in the hear of the barrio Santa Cruz. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. They helped us reserve a taxi to the airport which was extremely easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel was ok. Dollar to dollar there’s better

The only person that was helpful was the maid and a woman that we are not allowed to name by hotels.com. She tried fixing all our issues. The two men that worked the front desk were useless in every way. The maids were outstanding. They gave us a coupon for a drink. The bartender was furious we had them and said it’s small and I will only give you a half glass. The beer is .50 euros for a can. This hotel did everything it could to give the gringo experience. We would never come back to this chain.

Quiet and enjoyable stay beside a garden setting

Excellent location as it is close to all major attractions, but fairly quiet as it is right beside the Murillo gardens; Aparthotel is good value for money spent as room was spacious for European standards and the amenities it provides; check-in was easy and very courteous; excellent communications from booking through check-in to check-out processes. Highly recommend for 3 people.

Excellent location, close to all the attractions. Helpful staff. However, reception is not allowed to use their computer to help with getting boarding passes! They were eager to help, but software blocks such activity. We are old and were not able to do this on a smartphone that required loading passport pictures, etc. Luckily, our next hotel at Lisbon Airport had no such restrictions.

Very hard ti park there, I suggest if you are driving, make sure that vehicle is very small. Property is great, everything is amazing around that area. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect location!

Everything was perfect. The room was very nice and spacious for an older historic building. Don't miss ending your day with a lovely nightcap on the rooftop bar/restaurant. The staff were so kind and helpful. Our son uses a wheelchair so the location within walking distance to all of the touring spots was so helpful.

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights. Close to all major facilities. The room was cleaned every day. Quite garden view from our balcony was superb. Tasty cafe o late, 2 cans of coke and beer and 2 water bottles were provided gratis every day, a rarity in Spain. Especially, we were very impressed by warm hearted staff at the front desk. Since Rocia knew that I am a coffee fanatic, she asked me if I had enough coffee and she gave me more when I don’t. Really enjoyed staying there. Highly recommended to everyone.

Perfect!

Amazing location a few minutes walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral in the old town, super clean and modern rooms, very comfortable also. My room had a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, and sink and dishes. It even had a hot tub on the balcony! The room was also pretty large for European standards so that was another bonus. If you arrive by taxi, don't use a rideshare app, because they tend to drop you off at the entrance to the old town, forcing you to walk about 7 minutes, whereas local taxis drop you off and pick up right at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean room. Friendly staff. Awesome location. I don’t recommend to opt in for their breakfast on the other hotel close to suites. Plenty of great options near by for a breakfast or brunch or if you have the time you can buy stuff from the grocery store and make your own breakfast in the room. ;)
