There are two sides of this property. One is old with small rooms and loud rooms. The other is refurbished and very nice. We were very disappointed the first night until they moved us to the new section of the hotel. Location is great within the town. Book the new side stay away from the old side.

Room wasn't ready for 4pm checkin, as someone else was in it; front desk said they'd be gone by 5pm, then would clean room and it would be ready by 5:30. They did tell us we can check out at 12:30pm instead of 11am. Ice machine not working. Water in shower either too hot or too cold (mixing valve on faucet not working?)

Great, historic property. Very clean and welcoming and the room was nice. I would give it a 5 but the bed was very hard and we didn’t sleep well - and that’s why we were there - so overall great experience but wow, the bed not so much .

The location of the hotel is very convenient in downtown, the staff was very helpful, although management seems disorganized. The building is historic yet recently updated and comfortable. Our stay was very nice and i would stay there again.
