Great hotel with amazing staff and perfect location. They also offer free shuttle to certain areas. Food was delicious . I will definitely stay here again .

The hotel is really pretty and the view was amazing. The location is perfect and the staff very nice. Breakfast was good every day with lots of choices. The location is perfect for wandering to find food for dinner. There were Zillions of restaurants nearby. It was really fun.

We had the best experience staying in the hotel. It is very clean, staff is helpful, breakfasts are excellent! Hotel location is very good, too. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and good views nearby.

I gave this hotel 3 stars because my experience was mixed. One of the biggest disappointments was the swimming pool policy. Guests are required to wear a swim cap to use the pool, and none were provided. I found this rule unnecessary and inconvenient, especially since it wasn't made clear beforehand. Another issue was during breakfast. I noticed one of the servers talking about us while making facial expressions and gestures to her colleague. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is not the kind of service I expect from a hotel of this standard. The hotel itself is in a good location, and some aspects of our stay were fine, but these experiences negatively affected our overall impression. I hope the management improves both customer service and communication about the pool rules.
