The rooms were simple and clean. I had to ask for towel everyday. Internet was not always reliable.

The hotel has no backup power system, so the air conditioning stopped whenever there was a power outage. Overall, my experience did not reflect the quality and service I would expect from a five-star hotel.

I was treated very well, and I am extremely happy with my experience. I would especially like to thank Marwa and Yasmine, who work at the reception, for their kindness and excellent service.
