Hotel was beautiful, and the view from the room of the Pearl and TV Tower was stunning. Staff very helpful and professional. Not all of the staff will speak brilliant English, but that's not to be expected, and easily managed with use of Google Translate. All areas were very clean, beds were comfortable, and housekeeping very efficient. The surrounding area doesn't have as many restaurants or bars as across the river, but the Metro is easily accessible and very cheap. Excellent shopping within a 5 minute walk at Super Brand Mall. Area felt very safe at night (two female travellers).

Perfect hotel, can’t imagine anywhere better

This hotel is perfect and as someone who’s extremely picky that’s saying something. The rooms are immaculate. Views are unlike anywhere else. Service is impeccable. Food is wonderful. Location is convenient and feels incredibly safe. This hotel made my stay in Shanghai 10 times better.
