The room was very spacious and clean. The mini fridge was well stocked as were bottles of water throughout the room. The food from room service was well priced and very good. I had to receive several shipments while there and they delivered to the room promptly and courteously. I would stay here again.

A lovely hotel for a relaxing trip

Great connectivity to mall, supermarket and metro. It is connected directly to the Kerry Mall at level 1 and 2. Kerry mall basement 1 is connected to Huamu metro. The staff are friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned very promptly daily within 30 minutes of me switching on the " please clean room sign" and leaving for breakfast. All done by the time i return from breakfast. Bed is comfortable and room is good sized. Television can be a little bigger though. Really value for money and great for stay.

Rooms in decline, need remodeling, refreshing. Dead cockroaches in the breakfast area on the floor. This hotel was very nice 5 years ago, now it's barely a 3 stars hotel. Too bad because the location is very good.

Up-scale hotel

Very good breakfast/brunch, luxurious and clean hotel, attached to up-scale mall, huge park across the street. Terrible dinner. Note on the pool: Nice but they keep the lane lines up so it's not great for kids who want to play and sometimes it's busy with swim classes and lap swimmers.
