This hotel has a very special place in our heart. Overall a very satisfying stay. Very convenient location to everything and a subway station close by. Breakfast was good with variety of options. Front office staff was very helpful and even packed a breakfast on the day we were leaving as we had a very early train journey. Room was cleaned very well and cleaner did an excellent job. Only negative was the room view as we were not on a high enough floor to get a good view. We could only see the street and building next to us.

THE HOTEL

This will be THE HOTEL I will be staying when I’m back. Service is great, place is clean, and most importantly is the convenience location. The Yu Garden is right behind the hotel with the night market and restaurants. Less than 10 min walk. Also within 10 min drive for all the luxury shopping locations. Strongly recommend for first time in Shanghai and future trips

I love that the hotel was located in a prime location not far from the bund or yu garden. It sits on lines 10 and 14 so it makes it easy to access the rest of the city. I love that the staff was friendly very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was nice. The views were pretty good as well. The layout of the room and bathroom was nice and very clean the decor throughout the hotel was beautiful and I love the small features such as the chandeliers. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
