Ok hotel apart from from the receptionists
Everything was good the general manger director was the best mr. Sameh who was going around all the time to grantee the best service. The only bad thing that the staff working in the reception were unkind and no understanding and don’t believe what you say to them, we didn’t have lunch the day that we make the check in så we suppose to have the last day but they said no, first time I see something like that.

Jeg kunne godt lide animatorerne. Meget flot og sjov. Jeg kunne ikke lide, at de stjal mit håndklæde nær poolen og smed ting på gulvet. Ingen så dette, og personalet foretog sig ikke noget.
