That bed said it was a queen, but dang it seemed tiny. There was no room for anything on any flat surface. Small tables, huge lamps, fake plants. The room is small but cute. Very convenient location. We would stay there again.

Very clean and welcoming. Parking was great. There are several steps going down a hill to get to the room, but it was no problem for me. Centrally located to places to eat, shopping, etc. Will definitely stay here again.

Elliott house has a wonderfully quaint but still updated and very usable feel. Room is quiet despite being near the main road and the layout is intentional to give as much usable space while still looking well designed. Would stay again. Only issue was not having a jetted tub haha.

First time staying here, very easy to find the place it had plenty of empty parking spots to park your car, we stayed in cedar suite it was ok the room was neat but the bed was very uncomfortable, and I don’t think the ac unit was working properly, I have asthma I kept running outside middle of the night cause it was so hot in the room. I found couple used water bottles in our room fridge but I understand things happen. 24h breakfast room was very cute, not sure why people complain in previous reviews about the snacks they had in there I mean come on what do you expect a full on buffet? They had enough snacks to keep your stomach full till you go get a nice breakfast somewhere else. The only thing threw me off was the coffee station it was full and very well stocked however it was ants all over the syrups and the sugar.

Weekend getaway

We have stayed there many times over the last 7yrs. We were sad to find out that the Elliott’s sold the Inn last year and missed their hospitality on this trip. It is still a very comfy and clean place to stay.

much less than expected

Room was very expensive for solo. Bed & Breakfast implies a hot prepared meal - not do it yourself microwave burritos and bkfst sando. fresh fruit was a nice touch. this was equivalent to a room at motel 6 not a mountain B & B. Walking distance to Pub & Grub which had great hamburgers and Mt bar ambiance.

We had a cozy night at the Elliot House Inn. This place is an excellent option in the tiny town of Shaver Lake for a cozy winter stay. They had lots of hot drinks available (as well as breakfast options all day!) The room was small but warm and comfortable. We’ll be back!
