We were very disappointed and upset when one of the rooms we rented was found to have blood and pizza on the sheets when our son pulled back the covers!! He had to find another room in Wausau and drive an hour to get there and then an hour back to pick us up!! This was late in the evening after we arrived. They did refund the money for his room but did not bother to talk to us or give us any compensation for this huge inconvenience. The breakfast was not good…We will not be staying here again!!

First of all, it was hard to understand the office staff. She was not the best English-speaking individual. TV reception was terrible. We were there two nights and the TV kept repeatedly paused the picture and there was no sound during that time. It was very annoying to use that way. We were not there during the day, so we did not communicate this to the office staff.

We liked the friendliness of the staff, the first room they provided us was not clean yet so they moved us to another room, very helpful. The exterior could use some updates and cleaning but very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was okay as not many options to chose from. Did stay 1 night but if we are in the area again we will stay again.
