My mom has an disability, I asked them to be on the first floor because there is no elevator they told me they couldn't do that. My mother had to climb the stairs to the second floor. She's in a rolling chair and She's BPCO with oxygen.. .. I asked for a refund to go elsewhere cause i wanted my mom to have a good place for her he said no. I will never recommend someone to go there and I will never return!

Trip to La Mauricie park

Stayed for 2 nights and could barely get a good night sleep due to poor soundproofing - could hear other people's TV, conversations, kids, etc. Breakfast area is too small and gets crowded, hard to find a place to sit inside or outside. Choices are very basic and running low on supplies, have to remind staff to replenish. The location is nice with lookout and promenade along the river close by. About 26 min drive to La Mauricie National park entrance. The hotel has EV charging station, which we used.
