Disappointed in our stay this time. Sidewalk was not shoveled making it difficult to get luggage to and fro. Walls and lights haven’t been dusted or cleaned. Shower head was broken and didn’t flow right making a mess of the bathroom floor.

The front desk staff were very friendly and thorough. They handled everything extremely well. The room was clean, but didn't really stand out in any way. I guess that's a good thing overall. The room was tidied each day, which was nice considering how things have been lately. The breakfast was good but different as you have to put in your order for the next morning the night before. That's all well and good, but things happen sometimes and it makes for a less leisurely morning as you feel like you have to make your reservation time. I get why they do it so that things are more fresh and they don't have hot food sitting out under warmers. But, if they're going to do that, just take my order when I get there. The gym was very small. It had an elliptical machine, treadmill, and dumbbells with a bench. The gym even had its own bathroom with shower. However, it is very tight quarters, so I was glad no one else was using it whenever I went. Also, the gym was under construction so had quite a mess in it. And, on one day a random chair was in the room too when the room was small enough as it is. The place had a game room too, which was a nice touch even if it wasn't something I would use. All in all a nice place and convenient to the highway.

What decent person books a room on the 2nd floor for a person on a cane? I walked into this motel to get a room for the night. The guy at the front desk clearly saw that I was on a cane. After taking my ID, he goes to the backroom and looked at some papers on the wall. He proceeds to assign me a room on the 2nd floor. They’re was hardly any cars there so it’s not like they were booked up. I get to the room after struggling to get my luggage upstairs (no elevator) and find that there’s barely any water pressure in the shower. It’s as if the guy intentionally put me on the second fl with known issues with the shower. I used to like this place. It’s the last time I stay there.

The room had a funny smell. The window was open when I arrived as if they were trying to air it out. It was 30 degrees outside. The hall smelled strong of smoke like someone smoking in their room. I like to get on the treadmill when traveling but the fitness room was out of order. The make to order breakfast was no different than something you could get at Kwik trip.

Staff is always wonderful. Coffee was available throughout the day which I love, and it wasn’t old. The only concern I have staying here is the mold on lamp shades and in the bathroom. The shower head looks like it needs to be replaced or decalcified, it sprays everywhere. Breakfast is great. Location is just what we needed.

When we checked in the gentleman was very nice and professional. The next morning went to get our breakfast and staff was to busy visiting to do there job. Waited on coffee and had to tell then when it was done brewing because they were visiting. Said they didnt have syrup and didnt look and went back to visiting. I found it. Rooms were a ok. Could use some fixing. Sorry to say I will not check into this place again.
