Stayed for a wedding, was able to check in earlier. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing was that some pillows seemed as they haven’t been changed as there was some black marks on the pillow cases.

Nice staff, nice decorations. The bathroom fan triggered by the light was super loud but it worked.
When I pulled down the sheets, I saw black spots on the sheets, like mascara . The sheets were all wrinkled like they were used and they just covered them up.
We liked the restaurant next door, Luigi's Italian, was very good.

The room was clean but the hallways had like an "old" smell to it... which is fine, we only needed to stay for one night. The front desk lady at check-in was very nice. However, the following day went down to breakfast and my child wanted cereal. There wasn't any milk left so I went to the front desk (different lady) to ask if someone could refill the milk. She told me someone was in there. I literally came from the breakfast area so I knew there wasn't anyone working in there, which I told her there wasn't anyone there. She proceeded to tell me there is someone in there and pointed to the breakfast area. Ok, whatever. I walk back to the area and still don't see anyone. There's a "staff only" door so I knocked but nobody opened. I went back to the front and let her know again that nobody is in there to refill. She told me again that someone is in there and if not then there's the "Staff only" door and knock on it. I told her I did that already and nobody came to the door. This entire time she's sitting at the front and have just been giving an attitude from our initial conversation. She finally got up and found the lady. The lady working the breakfast area was nice so I give it that but the 2nd front desk lady is a no-no. I would suggest getting up from the front to check the area even if someone might be in there refilling- that's just common courtesy. Also, there was nobody else in the front except me so she wasn't busy with helping other customers with check-in/checkout.
Despicable service. Never ever experienced something like it. Smelly. Loud construction. Dirty pillow cases. Dark smelly rooms. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Didn’t even stay the night. Left after 20 mins and the hotel won’t give the money back.
