Very nice, newly remodeled place! Very walkable in the heart of downtown Plymouth but also has plenty of free parking. Road America is a quick jaunt down the highway (maybe 5 miles or so.)

The room was not clean and did not have 2 beds like the reservation. There was food in the fridge and the bed was unmade. They moved us to a two bed room that was clean but there were beer cans in the trash. I was supposed to be emailed a confirmation code since there is no staff on the premises but I wasn’t. Very expensive room as well.

Great place in down town.

Freshly rehab'd room, so new, the microwave still had packing in it. Looking to book for the 2026 SCCA events at the nearby track. Check-in was way to easy. Other rooms are either re-done or about to be, in the immediate future.

Couldn't get in the room, sent to a different room with king size bed for 3 adults and 1 child. Finally got to a room withtwo beds and the Curtains didn’t close all the way. 2 towels for 4 people. No tv. Then they said they would send someone to fix the tv but no one showed up.

Booking a room is not listed in walk up directions, took some internet research to figure out & a phone call to get our door code & room number. Rep sent my booking to my friend’s phone not mine causing some confusion on both our part. This process could be improved.

It was just okay...

Non traditional checkin process made checking in difficult with no staff on site. Locks on door did not want to lock and took multiple attempts. Looked like very clean room with the exception of 1 roach. In room refrigerator was very loud and had to unplug.

I did not include pricing/rate info, personal info or use profanity; yet you refused to publish my review. Perhaps it wasn't positive enough. Makes me wonder how much I can trust the reviews you do publish. I will be avoiding Hotels.com in the future. Upon arriving in the "lobby" there was a notice that this is 'a "Self Service" hotel, like an Airbnb.' I did not notice anything stating such during the booking process. The suite was clean and spacious, but the only heat was in the MBR which did not transfer very well to the rest of the suite. The bathroom is inconveniently located on the opposite end of the suite as the bedrooms. in addition to the shower being extremely small, the complex controls were a bother while the relatively simple soap dispensers didn't work.

I would definitely not go back. I thought not having a front desk was good. Boy was I wrong. Internet was horrible. My boyfriend had to log into their Internet every time we turned the TV on. It was soooo extremely so. TV sat and spun and most channels did not work because of the Internet connection. If your not a coffee drinker than you good. If you are a coffee drinker like me, bring your own cup. No coffee markers in the rooms only in the lobby with 15 million lids NO CUPS. Called the number. Said they are mobile will be there in a little while. Waited 2 hrs, no show and still no cups not there when we check out the next following day. 2days there and no coffee cups. Got some from the restaurant down the street. 😡😡😡. Room curtains were broken had to use a hair clip to keep the curtains closed, day 2 no soap. The sound proof is horrible. Hear TV next door and in the hallway. But hey they a full size frig. My eyes, what the new owners did is put a bandaid over a gaping wound. No front desk, saves them $$ that they used on the paint. If you don't like coffee or the Internet. It's a place for. Otherwise, I will never be back. Horrible!!!!!

Not the room I reserved

Was supposed to have a king size bed and was given 2 doubles. No one at front desk. I guess hotel was sold, but didn’t know that and would have just found something else. Could deal with outdated furniture ect.. remodel but wanted the king size bed I reserved. Check in was confusing, sent text so thought room was ready but it wasn’t. No extra pillows or towels and no one to ask since there’s no one around. Could have planned for this if we had been given a heads up. No lamp shades, ceiling not painted.. lol not sure why we had this room when hotel seemed pretty empty. No night stand either or clock or mirror in room or hangers. Just weird. Wish I could have a refund or part refund for not getting a king size bed
