Front desk staff was friendly and efficient; property is very clean and lovely; the hallways are forever long; the guest room was large with a fridge and micro AND a comfy balcony (screen door needs repair other than packing tape); dinner at the elk room was delightful & festive - lovely weekend.

Wonderful property as usual. Room service was delicious and love the oversized tub. Parking remains a nightmare on race weekends. And warning, the outdoor pools are not heated. Learned that the hard way. Lake Deck looks great!

The room was spacious and clean. The resort was quiet and relaxing and a great location as we were in the area to go to Road America for the Lemon’s Race. Our room overlooked the street were the Lemon’s cars held their parade on Friday night. We ate dinner in the Concourse restaurant. Everything was excellent. Would recommend staying here. They have their own beach in the summer!

We had an incredible stay at this resort. The outdoor pool wasn’t open yet, but it was just getting ready to open and it looks stunning. The room was lovely and the bartenders were incredible. We also had a delicious breakfast both mornings on site. We had an issue with our air-conditioning not working the first night and they graciously moved us to a nicer room, except for the inconvenience of having to move all of our things after one night. It was fantastic the way that the staff responded. Even though it was later in the evening.
