A lovely warm welcome from Bailey and a swift check in. King room, bright, tastefully decorated and clean. Powerful, hot shower, nice toiletries and soft fluffy towels. Comfy bed, slept well, great choice at breakfast. A very well maintained hotel with a great deal of pride from the owner (Bailey) and staff. Welcome pack information in room is a fab idea. Would book a river view next time. 😁 Great stay, thank you.

Unit was clean and good value for the price. Walls were pretty thin - could hear conversation and noise in the adjoining room, including them doing their Duolingo at 620am :-(

We LOVED this hotel, it is our new "go-to" for our annual end of summer getaway. Absolutely hands down recommend staying here. I love the outdoor access direct from the room, the hotel was very clean and quiet, and the staff was incredible (even Dax!). The rooms are large, and I feel like even the small details were noticed, such as the dark gray washcloths in the bathroom embroidered with "MAKEUP" - amazing!! I never understood why hotels only had white towels, the thoughtfulness that went behind something as simple as the makeup towels was just a wonderful added touch. There is access to a little dock on the river via staircase, the solar lights kick on at dark and guide you down if you'd like to go after dark. The vibe of the hotel is modern, comfortable, bright and open / airy - just what I think of when we go to the beach. Thank you Watershed Hotel - we will see you next summer!

This was a nice place. Very clean. Staff was very friendly! They definitely welcome pets! As someone who has to stay in a lot of hotels, this hotel was quite overpriced for what it was. It was nice and clean and super kind people behind the front desk but there were no "extras" to justify the prices. There was nothing special to walk to and see. The room overlooked a parking lot and the window shades had to be closed otherwise everyone was looking in your room. So that made it dark and dreary on a nice day. There was no hot breakfast and if you have food allergies, there is no breakfast. No pool or hot tub or anything. If you are looking for clean, kindness and no extras then this is a great place. If you are paying extra thinking there are extras, this isn't the place. You aren't getting "more" for your money. And another thing... don't book 3rd party. Call the hotel directly for booking. I got the wrong room when I booked. My room was actually cheaper than the one I accidentally booked and I didn't get refunded the money because it was booked through a 3rd party. They told me they couldn't do anything about that. So, if you do stay here, book through the hotel directly so that if there are any issues, they can address them.
