It was the ease of getting to the Arena to see Lionel Ritchie. Parking although we were in the overflow car park, was cheaper and also better than Arena parking. Breakfast was really good choice and staff kept replenishing it all the time. Option to make a brew in your room wouldve been good though.

It was perfect for Sheffield Arena, right on the doorstep. When advised as basic thats exactly what it is. Would have been good to mention that there is no kettle in the rooms , staff excellent. It was a nice stay

Very basic twin bed accommodation. Shower in the bedroom made sharing with teen child awkward as nowhere to dry/change privately. Mattress was uncomfortable and the TV reception made it almost unwatchable. Convenient for tram into Sheffield/out to Meadowhall. Would not book again.

Bed was broken. Slats were broke and mattress was terrible. Air con was broke and blowing out hot air on the coldest setting. Tv was broken. Sound would control itself making it loud or quiet whenever it wanted - it was unwatchable.

Lift was not working. There was no free tea and coffee at reception. Apparently you had to get tokens! And then we were told they were giving us an early check in instead of charging us, because of the lift issue! Well thanks! Poor service.
