Really liked this hotel.Great location, cheap parking nearby, lovely staff and the communal areas smell amazing! The bed was very soft, which I like. I knocked off a star as the room although clean, needs a refresh. Shower tray has seen better days.

Surprised !!!

Hotel have No drop off by Car !!! Send email via hotels.com - 2 weeks before with some request but not received any reply!!! Hotel Customer service not good… And also ask for the hotel contact address but the receptionist start writing on a scrap piece of paper instead of giving me the hotel business card. What waist of time and surprise to know that this 4 star hotel don’t have any business card
