took 25 minutes to check in through ques then room 144 was absolutely freezing tried all settings on complicated air con still ended up even colder through night - QR code to contact people wouldnt load on my phone bathroom ice cold no heating in there then 5.20am got woken up to someone having 2 hr conversation which i could hear through interchanging door in room .. could even hear using toilet ... wouldnt stay again beautiful hotel but worst night sleep first time on my own little break away from kids .. was glad to get home to central heating and peace i understand hotel cant control customers but u definately need a better heating system
