This hotel exceeded expectations. There were not many options and I was pleasantly surprised with the property. Despite being a decade old it is in excellent condition. Staff was very pleasant and helpful with local dining options. It was quiet and I felt safe walking dog after dark. I would stay there again and I recommend to others.

Senior Citizen Robbery

My wife and I are in our 70's. We love Glacier Park. So I booked a trip. We live in Calera, Ok. So the trip was to fly to Bozeman rent a car and spend nights in Helena, Shelby, Kalispel, and last 3 nights in Bozeman and fly home. We had a medical emergency come up about a week before the trip. So I cancelled parking at the airport, and the flight on southwest airline and Helena motel and Kalispel hotel and Bozeman Hotel and the rental car. All reservations were refunded ok except Shelby Best Western; they refused to refund. So I feel like they stole our money like common theives! Here we are elderly and on fixed income to boot. Therefore I will no longer use Hotels.com for anything!

Great Choice

This hotel was a great surprise. Best complimentary breakfast in a hotel we've had. Rooms were clean and quiet. Check in was simple. No issues at all.

Property is clean and updated, but my room was *freezing* upon check-in. Turned it up to 70 degrees and still no change. Also, my room was connected to the utility room for the powered front door. I could hear a loud rumble every time it opened and closed. I asked for a different room, but they were fully booked.

The staff was excellent and helped me cancel the last night of our 3 night stay without a penalty. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options. I would give it a rating between 8.5 and 9.

This has happened to us twice now it was my wife’s birthday we were looking a quiet date night and the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance and the staff didn’t seem to care and offered us no options not impressed at all.
