The room was clean but old and needed updating/painting, security door latch not work. Low quality. Receiptionist was eating upon arrival and was in not hurry to stop and do check in. She did apologize. Later when I asked if we could get an extra blanket for the room, she stoppped and went go find one (wasn't especially happy to do it but she did).
