We had a pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was conveniently located on Nanjing Road, and we appreciated the water every day. It was very quiet on the floor until some children were running in the halls late on our last night.

Rooms were very clean and quiet. Staffs were very helpful in general, and vehicle used for transfer to Disney land was classy. Hot spring was awesome and relaxing. Restaurant food were great quality. Overall highly recommended.

Staff was super helpful and upgraded our room at no extra cost when we arrived. Not around much but was great still for our stay

No esta bien ubicado No se podia tomar un cafe, habia que desayunar y pagar un desayuno completo para poder tomar un solo cafe. La persona que nos recibio en recepcion :no sabia ni hablar ingles y estaba de muy mal humor. El shopping que esta debajo no esta habilitado y tiene unos pocos locales de comida abiertos

Sticky surfaces, traces of spit and other disgusting things on the walls and in the shower, the air conditioner works when it feels like it and it's completely moldy inside, clear traces of mold in the corners of the room. The worst was a constant smell of sewage coming up from bathroom and sink. The last day the smell got so bad i felt nauseous, there were even flies that i guess came up from the sewage. The room doesn't remotely worth the price.

The best breakfast we had our whole trip. So nice to have a free shuttle to & from Disney / airport. You have to download WeChat to stay tuned with the pick up times etc. All the staff was helpful & friendly anytime we engaged with them w/ our translation apps. Also really close to all the cool coffee shops & hot pot restaurants. Can’t forget the convenience store with all the goodies & drinks you can imagine for a great price.
