Property poorly maintained. Reception staff very rude as usual. No fridge unless ask for and need to bring from other room. .Aircon very noisy. Last stayed at this hotel was Nov 19 and with no glass door at shower causing the toilet requested as though there is nothing wrong with it

Nice hotel metro railway close just out the front. Very clean amazing view of the Shenzhen lights at night from your hotel room. Close to ancient history in the area. Very close walking distance to the conference centre

Your web site claim that it is a 4 star Hotel but are you aware they do not even have a refrigerator in the room. The room must be very smelly as they have placed a noisy air purifier in the room .??? I used to stay in this Hotel on my previous occasion but I will definitely stop to stay in this Hotel in the future. I do not how Hotels .com. rate the Hotels in your listing and suggest you send your personnel to check out yourselves and my ratings for this Hotel is definitely 0 out of 5.
