The room was excellent value, clean, large, and balcony with sea views. Breakfast was great. Staff happy and friendly. On the downside few staff spoke English. I was staying in the Nanhai wing of the Hilton around 750 metres from the main Wanghai wing. However there was no signage to enable taxi's to find the Nanhai wing and more confusing the only signage at the Wanghai wing said Hilton Nanhai

Apart from the language barrier, they make an effort to truly understand you. Staff members always attentive to help you. Good facilities, very comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay again if I have the chance to come back.

Good neighbors (a lot to see nearby Shekou area) and good swimming pool (outside & indoor) & fitness room. However the Executive lounge has nothing to special, nothing to enjoy - very poor food & beverage.

This hotel receptionist service impressed me greatly! I arrived early morning in Hong Kong, so I arranged the first ferry to Shekou Terminal. From their shuttle bus pickup service to reception check in, their service was smooth and exceptional! The guest room I booked was clean and nice with great view. My stay was perfect with great sleep after overnight flight in the hotel. On my check out day, the same receptionist also helped me with luggage arrangement very well. I will definitely come back to stay again. Really appreciate their great service!
