The hotel has a good location near Hongling metro station and Grand Theater Metro Station. There is a mall nearby and the room is very comfy. We didn't like the smoky smell in the hallways/elevators and that the pool was closed in July 2020.

I loved the hotel, the location (near Grand Theater and Shenzhen Museum), the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast buffet. My only qualm was some cigarette odor in non-smoking room.

It was great stay with one only concern regarding the restaurant, they need to have well speaking English person to take orders, I called twice with difficulty understanding my order they had to switch me to the receptionist. Otherwise the hotel is very nice
