No fridge. Now water. What's a Guy to do?
It was ok. Room was great - very comfortable. I had no fridge in my room and the promised bottled water never materialized. Only one person spoke English ... so I was frustrated.

Perfect for a visit to the Shenzhen High-Tech Park
This hotel was exactly what I needed. The only suggestion to Hotels.com is to provide the name "Shen Gang Hotel Apartment", which is the name found on all the apartment towels. Also, the address needs to be more precise; I was very lucky to find it, since the address on your website was unclear to many taxi drivers,.

I was cheated.
I stayed only for 1 night due to the location is far from the city. I was told that I will be refunded but 2 months has gone and no any amount has been given back. This is a nightmare. Please beware of this hotel, not highly recommendable.

酒店地理位置优越，但由于英文翻译不够准确，最后联系了酒店前台才找到。房间很干净，也很安静。还不错。

房內陳設布置不錯,用的都是好東西,電器也是有品牌的正規電器;位置近高新橋地鉄站,附近商場的店舗大部份是空置的,購物用餐要往外求
