Hotel staff are not very nice, they tend to be very silent not very friendly when you check in/check out. The room is quite small compared the picture, for a 5 star hotel and the money paid, nothing is surprising or impressive. We stayed in a 4 star hotel afterwards which is much more comfortable and spacious. This hotel is lack of service and amenities (no coffees offered at the lobby). Overall for the money paid the hotel just meet the expectations. Service needs to improve.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Thoughtful amenities in room - even has Chinese herbal tea sachets. Rooms are quiet even though next to main road. Not very close to subway though but u was using taxi most times so not an issue

The hotel is walking distance from 2 main transit stations and lines which makes it very helpful to get around the city. Great service from the staff, particularly from Cherry and Emily who helped us with our luggage, and Jesse who arranged our airport drop off (free with the hotel stay). The gym and pool were also very nice. The room is spacious and had a great view of the city.

The room is very spacious and has a good layout. Very modern. Honestly I can spend a whole day in my room feeling homely. The beds are very comfortable. The aerospace theme makes it extra interesting. The only issue I would point out is that the shower door is a bit leaky, and the shower drain is slow. Every time I take a shower, some water leaked out to the floor outside. It is a minor issue.
