The place is great but the breakfast on the website said free but I was charged for breakfast. It will be nice to mentioned that breakfast is not free. I wouldn’t go eat 2 small plates for $50 if I knew it was mnt free.

Double charged by Hotels.com and Delta Hotels
I booked the Delta hotel at Sherbrooke on July 4, 2024 through Hotels.com and my credit card got charged the following day. In addition to that, my credit card got charged again for the same stay by the hotel on July 12th. To make matters worse, the receipt the hotel gave me upon check out displays an amount different to both what Delta and Hotels.com charged me for. When I spoke to the front desk clerk she mentioned that I should not have seen the amount on the checkout receipt as that is what Delta charges Hotels.com… I now know what your cut for this transaction was… I need both a refund and an explanation for all these charges.

Hotel was very clean. Nice little bar out front and decent gym. Parking spots are tight but there’s plenty of them. Lots of shops if you’re willing to walk down the hill. Would recommend to someone staying in the area.

Our room was quite nice of and it was evident upon walking in. There was a smell in the room-musty. The temperature in the room was controlled by the front desk. It was freezing in the room and asked them to turn on the heat. They forgot and it took about 2 hours for them to remember. That night, the temperature wouldn’t modulate so it was extremely humid and warm. The AC stopped working. During our stay, there was a horrible smell in the lobby that was masked by parfume. YUCK! I tried to talk to the manager but to no avail. They said that she would get back to me….still waiting

Nice hotel. Clean and modern. Front staff was very polite. Complementary water which was great on a day where it was 40 degrees. TV didn't work but someone came to fix it promptly. I also left my coat in the closet by mistake and was able to make easy arrangements to have it shipped home. Staff is very helpful and i appreciate that the coat was found.

Would go back again !
We made reservations a while ago as we had a play to go see with friends. I had stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago … what a beautiful renovation that have made. The room was very beautiful as was the bathroom… bed very very comfortable! The added plus was that in the back parking they had 7 electric charging stations for clients to use (did not charge us $$$ for using it)! Appreciated that extra touch :)
