The location of the property is perfect. The hotel is beautiful. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. The room we stayed has a fantastic view of the lake. Staff at the desk and housekeeping are friendly and helpful. Food is available at Marché de la Gare or shops near by.

Des l arrivee a cette hotel les gens au front desk avais de l air bete j ai reserver pour la semaine pour mon travail je n y retournerai jamais , pas de ptit resto , aucune Sangria n en font pas , rien pour dejeuner meme pas des machines distributrice pi le cafe dans la chzmbrr goutr le vieux tunning shoe. Ma carte se demagnitisais a tout les jours je devais retourner voir les gens au beaux grands sourire en bas pour la re faire pi j ai stationner dehors a l hotel pour me rendre compte qu a la fin a mon check out j avais un compte de parking en plus alors pour les 3 prochaines semaines de travail a shefbrooke j emmene mon $$ ailleurs qu au Times

It seemed nice and quiet. You had to forcefully jam the bathroom door to totally get it closed in our room - seemed about 1 cm off! Our card didn't work the next morning (before check-out). Wish they would have EV chargers in their parking lot. Otherwise, walkable to the best restaurant ever, river, and murals. Nice place.

We had a great stay at the Grand Times in Sherbrooke. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel and room were very clean. I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Sherbrooke and will definitely stay here again when I return to Sherbrooke.
