The service desk girl was angry, when we asked why we had 2 queen bed instead of a queen , she said” according to the third party reservation” this is what you requested! No offer to upgrade or work with me, she was pissed that I used Expedia. The bathroom fan didn’t work either. I’ll never go back!

Nice place, outside the city. Pool and hot tub area nice with a little outdoor patio. Would be nice to have a view from the patio instead of bushes and parked cars, when you could see the mountains instead.

The staff was so rude. We asked for towels at the pool because it was empty. She gave me a rude “nope” and that was it. We forgot milk for my daughter. It was about 10pm. We asked if we could have some and we would pay for it. She gave me another rude nope and that they didn’t have any. Yes they do. They have it for breakfast in the morning. It was so dirty. I was disgusted. When the maid came, she didn’t take out any garbage or make the beds. Will never stay there again.
