I wasn't able to check in at the 3 PM check in time because my room had not been cleaned yet. The front desk clerk did not provide any options or acknowledgement that they inconvenienced me in any way. I waited in the lobby 45 minutes and they said the room was ready. Went to my room and a cleaner said it wasn't done yet. Waited in the hall another 20 minutes for it to be done. No compensation or apologies, just inconvenience to me.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. I like its convenience from the interstate. The beds I feel are super comfortable. The employees were rude, the beds were old and saggy. The pool was very cold. The breakfast had 2 hot choices that were empty all morning. The gym had a broken fan, water cooler with no cups and a tiny room. The elevator made loud noises you could hear from our room. Awful stay!!!!
