It was a nice stay. The bathroom was not as clean as I like. There was hair in the corners. I had a cleaning company and notice when things are not cleaned. Overall, I would still recommend this motel.

This Hotel TALKS of customer service, but doesn't TRULY deliver!! They couldn't provide me with a very simply copy of my receipt, nor would they allow me to provide them with a hardcopy document to simply scan and forward to my email address. I won't be staying with this hotel again!!

Beautiful stonework around water features and a walking bridge in the large atrium. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant after a long drive. The menue selection was impressive and the food was excellent, as was the extensive complimentary buffet breakfast.

The gentleman that checked us in was great. Very personable. Our room appeared as though it hadn't been completely cleaned. There was sticky stuff and spilled stuff on the nightstand. The room hadn't been vacuumed. Candy ground into the carpet and crumbs all over. The heat/air conditioner unit didn't work. Couldn't shut it off Button broken. The front desk offered for us to change rooms. We declined. We were tired and ready to crash
