First room I was given reeked of dog urine. I was quickly given another room. This room was ok but the toilet bowl was quite filthy. Looked as if it had not been cleaned for months.

Small flat pillows. Not very clean. Bugs crawling everywhere because the A/C unit doesn't fit in the opening so there is air and light around the ac unit

Had to do everything by phone, we are elderly and not that good at everything. Room was ok , kinda clean, older motel, close to an establishment for dining, shower was not the best, bed squeaked, no directions on how to operate tv with 2 remotes, so did not watch.

My stay.

Could not sleep all night because the bed creaked every time you moved. The floor in the bathroom had a panel that was damaged so hard to watch not to stand on it. It was in front of the sink and mirror. The laminate flooring showed spots of where something had been spilled on it. Some of the electrical outlets did not work.

When I checked into the room, there was a previous guests tooth flosser on the side table. The TV didn't work until I was able to locate a member of the staff. The TV was on a nightstand at the foot of the bed and could only see the top half of the TV from the bed. The hallway carpets were stained and filthy.
