Good enough for a short stay

This was a great stay for a night! The staff was very friendly and the room was a lot nicer than anticipated. The outside/ lobby interior of the Inn isn’t much to write home about but we were very comfortable and would consider staying here again for a short time. One downside is that the parking lot is very small but otherwise it works just fine!

This property is not nearly as nice as it appears in pictures. We were in two different rooms (had to switch after the toilet in our first room didn't work properly) and both showed considerable wear and tear. Poor caulking job around the tub and sink, ceiling tiles in the first room had heavy water staining, sink and tub were both older and very worn and lamps in second room didn't match. The toilet seat in our first room didn't even fit the toilet. Breakfast area was very small - small table with 1 or 2 chairs in a tight little corner. Both rooms smelled very strongly of Pinesol or some cleaning product - we had to leave our window open and fan on to try to get the smell out. The TV was in front of the mirror in our second room so you could only see from mid-torso up if you were moderately tall. Only good thing I can say is staff was very nice and allowed us to check in an hour early - although were a bit disheveled looking - and at least we knew they had cleaned.

Great room and service, severe safety concerns.

The service at the front desk was amazing! Kumar is a really great guy! The room was great, the TV, Wi-Fi, fridge and microwave were great and fully functional. Here's the problem... At 8 p.m. I decided to go get some dinner. When I was leaving I realized paper was jammed in the peep hole. I opened my hotel room door and it would not secure shut. I went back in and grabbed my valuables and took them in my car to dinner. When I got back, I deadbolted my door. I went to sleep and thought nothing of it. At around 4 in the morning, something crashed into my door and it sounded like the deadbolt was being tested. I decided to grab my stuff and head home. It would have been nice to get a few more hours of sleep. My room number was 116. This is not a reflection on Kumar or the condition of the room. I just don't feel safe there. That part of Sheridan is worse than some bad parts of big cities.

People outside just ‘walking around and hanging out In the back parking lot, room was freezing and heater didn’t work, massive amount of cheap air freshener to the point that I almost left at 1 am coughing and coughing. Noisy , dirty- stains on washcloths and towels. Worst hotel I have been at in a long time. We used to stay here often when it was a Super 8, and it was fine. The rugs were filthy, the walls were filthy and beat up. It reeked with cheap air fresheners. Slept 4 hours and left quickly.

Loudest place I have ever tried to sleep in my life, and the room was so saturated in some sort of nasty spray smell that it felt suffocating dont stay here if you have asthma. Other than that you get what you pay for in terms of comfort and condition of the property.

Average experience

The room was actually pretty comfortable. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t excellent but acceptable yet. Appliances available in the room helped to make the stay even more convenient. The only downside was the unpleasant smell in the main hallway. No hot food for breakfast, only continental breakfast. Plenty of parking space and friendly staff.

As good as it could have been for the price. A bit run down in hallways as it's an older building, but rooms were nice and comfortable. Would recommend if you aren't too picky about luxury.
