No toothpaste sample. I had to make two extra visits downstairs. One for plastic silverware & second for a blanket. Also, I had to call for help because I was unable to turn on the A/C without help. More importantly I was hit with an unexpected $75.00 per pet fee. I'm not seeing anything advising so on your website. Thankfully, I had it. Unsure what the outcome would have been if not, possible sleeping in my car after a two hour drive.

1st thing notice wood around air unit old to cover hole. Toilet extremely low, bathroom ceiling had a hole from water damage, bathroom door handle broken very loose, door hinges to restroom very rusty & no air vent in restroom. I've stay only at Hamptons & I've NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH DISAPPOINTMENT WITH MY ROOM. I'M DISABLED HAD TO GET HELP UP EVERYTIME TO GET OFF Commode. Staff informed of this.
