Employees were great and friendly. Property itself is showing it's age. Shower had little water pressure, light above bathroom mirror was coming apart, tile in bathroom was very uneven and coming apart and the shower was very mildewy. Almost fell in the shower as the traction strips in the tub are worn beyond usefulness. Breakfast was good.

Couples night out of the house .
The check in was excellent, friendly guy by himself making it all happen on a Saturday night. The room was clean however the shower had some type of hole in the bottom and there was some what looked like mold around the bottom. The over head light in the bathroom was cracked and one bulb worked but wasn’t bright . The other was missing completely.the hot tub had a panel on the front that was held on by Velcro and just didn’t look very clean. So we passed on it even though I paid extra for one . The bed was good . We found old pretzels on the floor was the previous tenant. The ceiling over the bed was starting to fall down from what looked like a water leaking. Over all decent place but could definitely use some renovations. The ice machine was out or order first floor so if you want ice be prepared to make it up to the 3rd floor. Breakfast is always good here. Lots of real food cooked hot and fresh by the staff.

Overall, the room could use a refresh. Especially the handicap walk-in shower, could use a recaulk and a better repair at the grab bar. Missing hair dryer. Refrigerator seems to be rusting out by the freezer. Chair had stains, walls need touch up and spot cleaning. Linens were fresh and staff very friendly and accommodating. Typical breakfast selection, with crispy bacon and hot coffee, with a nice grab and go option. Appreciated Dove brand toiletries.

The desk clerk and hospitality staff were amazing! The building itself was in poor condition. Floor in my room was soaked from A/C condensation. Tile cracked throughout the bathroom and gaps in much of the grout as well. Scratches, vulgarity, scuffs all over elevators and some walls. Only one ice machine in entire hotel was working. No water in the gym. I think my expectations were higher because they are the highest priced hotel in Sherman. I felt duped.
