I was delighted with my stay at the Novotel The Bell Tower. Everything was as expected or even better. The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast had a great selection. And the value for money was excellent.

Hotel is well located. Would definitely recommend. Staff doesn't speak much English but still were very nice and tried to help with anything we needed. Also it is very nice self service laundry.

Great stay

The location was great, very large rooms, staff friendly and helpful overall a great stay.

The property was centrally located and the staff were very helpful. They did not speak English, however, although this was stated on the hotel information. Breakfast was excellent. The room was nice and clean and contained everything needed including free amenities. The only real issue I had was that I had booked this hotel as it offered an included shuttle service to and from the airport which turned out not to be correct. For pick up, the 24 hour service had restrictive hours and was available only if you spoke Chinese and had a mainland Chinese number. There was no shuttle service offered for the return journey. However, the friendly and helpful staff booked a taxi for me. This was the third hotel I had booked with Expedia/Hotels.com because an inclusive airport shuttle service was offered, which turned out not be to be case. In this instance, I had to pay an additional GBP 30.00 for taxi transfers to and from the airport. Expedia should ensure that there information is correct on the website. Other than this issue, I enjoyed my stay and would book again.
