very convenient for families and with small children. close to JR and metro
they have laundry facility in room and my teenage girls really liked the shower head.

I have big teens very tall the futons are not for tall teens but it was clean, easy access to eateries and a short distance to Tokyo station. We only stayed for 2 night as we needed to get to the Tokyo station and it worked well. The dryers are not like us ones small capacity and only dried on high heat. I would stay again if I needed a place to stay.
