スタッフとサービスが素晴らしい

サービスがとても素晴らしく、コストパフォーマンス最高です。大浴場のジェットバスが休止中、打たせ湯がボタンを押しても出て来ない…という点は少し残念でしたが、設備面のマイナスをスタッフとサービスの良さで見事にリカバリしています。

身内の不幸で急遽宿を探していたので、人数の変更なども急遽お願いしてしまったりしたのですが、快く対応して頂きとても有難かったです！子供が小さいため念のためお風呂付きのお部屋をお願いしたのですが、平日だったこともあり大浴場も空いている時間があったので、子供達が騒いでしまっても周りの方を気にせずのんびり入浴することができました(^^)お部屋も和室で広々としており、窓から関門橋が一望でき子供達も大喜びでした！朝食の際には子供用の椅子やカトラリーも準備して頂きとても助かりました！連泊でしたので、おもちゃやDVDを貸し出して頂けるのが本当に有難かったです！なによりスタッフの方みなさん親切で子供達にも優しく声をかけて頂き本当に感謝です！旅行で利用する際も水族館等も近いので、子供連れの方にもとてもオススメだと思います(^^)

이틀동안 잘 쉬다갑니다 :)

직원분들이 굉장히 친절하셨습니다. 대욕장은 작지만 깨끗했고 아늑한 분위기에서 반신욕과 사우나를 할 수 있었습니다. 일본 가정식 조식도 맛있고 매우 만족스러웠습니다 !

お風呂が狭くて湯船に入っていても洗髪している人のシャンプーの泡だったりシャワーのお湯がかかって嫌な思いをした。洗い場の仕切りがあると良いと思った。

ご飯も美味しかったし、ビール飲み放題、アイス食べ放題もすごくよかった。子連れにも優しい宿で、スタッフの人がすごく気を使ってくれた！！あと漫画部屋もよかったな（笑）次、山口行くときにも、リピートしたいと思う宿でした！ありがとうございます！
