The room was very comfortable. Good amount of space and had a kitchen and laundry which was very useful after a week of travel.

The front desk receptionist were not very welcoming. She literally rolled her eyes at me behind her mask. Sheets had blood stain. Didn’t provide enough towels for our four nights stay. Communication is an issue the front desk receptionist. He did confirm that I would be able to call a taxi upon on my departure. It ended up being a hassle.

Good place but location is weird in the night especially around Ueno station. 9 pm is fine but after that , it’s tricky.

We had a very pleasant stay at Monday Apart Ueno-Shin-Okachimachi. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were warm and truly friendly to our family as foreign travelers with limited Japanese language skills. Th hotel was a short walk to many places to eat and experience Tokyo culture and entertainment.

Great value! Great location! 2 min to train station. 2 min to grocery stores. Direct train to Tokyo. Easy check in and check out. Thank you for an amazing 3 weeks!

Staff was courteous, location of hotel was perfect…..not to close to heavy traffic but yet just a 4 minute walk to Ueno station.
