The front desk receptionist were not very welcoming. She literally rolled her eyes at me behind her mask. Sheets had blood stain. Didn’t provide enough towels for our four nights stay. Communication is an issue the front desk receptionist. He did confirm that I would be able to call a taxi upon on my departure. It ended up being a hassle.

We enjoyed staying here. All was automated so no staff contact. Good location, quiet neighborhood, convenient access to train lines.

Very clean, spacious , and friendly staff. Nice bedding , too.. There’s real sushi Bar next door, if you like sushi, must try. I ordered Jo Nigiri(2500yen, about $16) to go. Also a couple convenience store near by and there is Dennys!! Japanese Dennys are good. Reasonable breakfast, pasta hamburger, ramen , tonkatsu etc. I would stay there again!

Fabulous villa with fire place. Beautiful and scenic hotel. We had a great time playing in the snow. The lounge provided quality food and drinks. If there is more varieties, it will be even better.

Would stay again had a lot of fun and it was away from the craziness for the bigger cities

It was an excellent accommodation for a family. Room was big enough and was very clean. The room isn’t as big as it looked on the photos. Only problem was that the curtain to separate the bedroom blocked the aircon and made the bedroom very hot so we ended us not using the curtain. Staff was nice and great location. It was a bit pricey but definitely will stay again.

Very clean, the unit was great excellent set up had everything you could need close to train station and amenities. Would recommend 100%

Unfortunately my husband and I were placed in a smaller room than our 19 yo son received. I asked to change and they gave us better room after the first night. We had to check out and then re-check in 4 hours later, it was much better but an inconvenience.
