Clean and comfortable

we spent a night in this hotel and were very pleased with the service. Rome was clean and comfortable. We chose a twin room and were pleasantly surprised to find 2 queen beds. Staff at the front desk and the restaurant where we had dinner were helpful and couteous. Highly recommend this hotel.

フロントスタッフの方が親切で丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。フロント周りに昔懐かしい名馬のポスターが貼られており、フロント内にあるポスターの写真を撮っても嫌な顔せず笑顔で対応していただきました。朝食のスタッフの方々も接客態度が素晴らしかったです。また利用したいと思いました。

ホテルスタッフの対応が丁寧。施設は少し年季が入っていますが清潔感があり、気持ち良く宿泊できます。朝食もかなり美味しい。朝食券は馬券風で、食事後には券に的中マークのスタンプを押せたり、ロビーには馬に関する展示などがあり、馬好き競馬好きにはたまらないホテルです。2022年の宝塚記念勝利馬タイトルホルダーの優勝服が飾られており、ここでしか見られないという価値が有ります。是非また利用したいです。

2度目の利用です。お部屋は清潔で快適でしたが、浴室はシャワーカーテンや壁に黒カビが少し残っていて、古さを感じました。 朝食ビュッフェはとても美味しく、味・品数ともに満足でした。 また、機会があれば利用したいと思います。

異常気象で酷暑だったため仕方ないと思うが、エアコンも古く効きが悪かった。 セイフティボックスも無く、貴重品管理が出来なかった。 レストランでの食事(夕食)は、評判通り美味しかった。

周辺の飲食店は満杯で、ホテル内のレストランで夕食をしたのですが、接客もよく、とても美味しく、ゆったりと過ごせて良かったです。 特に、ラムシャブはボリュームがあり美味しかった！ 朝食も大満足！お袋の味を満喫しました！
