Huge room with jacuzzi and extra lounge area, very close to the reception and large dining room. Staff was very friendly and helpful including assistance with parking, resetting of the TV channels and suggestions for travel destinations. We had a great stay at Hotel Chicago. Parking was easy to find and always available with very friendly staff to help navigate. It was a little tricky to find reception (go downstairs, to the end of the hall and up the elevator) but once again, the staff went above and beyond to help us out. The restaurant probably has one of the nicest views of Shkoder and make sure you go hungry for the included breakfast. The spread was very impressive and delicious. The room was very clean and quite big with be try modern controls for the room temperature, Do Not Disturb, etc. It

It is a Hotel quite hidden, but very centric. There is no restaurant, the AC is not used… free breakfast not worth paying… we couldn’t eat anything. Only the 5th floor is the hotel everything else apartments or offices. There is a Morca accross from it that makes noises at 10pm and about 4:30am. No one comprehends English only Enev a young food server and the parking attendant who lived in Australia. There is a restaurant (local) behind hotel near pizzeria the offers traditional very tasty and inexpensive food. Go to the Lake and National Park Thef. Also attend the Memory and Witness museum near by.
