This hotel is one of the nicer ones in Pinetop and I would look forward to staying there again. It was clean and quiet. There's an indoor pool and Jacuzzi which I’m sure kids would enjoy and it has a great location.

Ive stayed in about a dozen hotels in Pinetop/Show Low.. this is by far the best one so far at an affordable price near 100. Great breakfast and clean rooms. internet is the best i've found up in the white mountains.

The room was clean, comfortable. The hot tub and pool area were as well. The hot tub had too much chlorine, we had to close our eyes lol. But it helped the old muscles regardless. The staff was so sweet. Wish they allowed pets.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The power probably went out prior to us getting the room, as when we went in the A/C was as cold as it goes and on high, the clock was blinking and the telephone was blinking. Noone knew how to make the telephone stop! The bartender was quite friendly and we enjoyed talking with him. The staff at check in was quite friendly as well. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. We did not take advantage of the breakfast. The location is great. We will probably stay here again.

I was in town for a golf tournament and by myself, for that scenario It was adequate. Nothing special. They spent money on the lobby bar area but everything else needs an uplift. Rooms were 80/90’s style with old school under window A/C units, shower/tub combo w/ low water pressure and a little slick. Great spot for a base camp to sleep and freshen up.

Had to change rooms because of how dirty the bath was. The bathroom floor was sticky and your shoes would sick to it. Had a musty smell in rooms. AC unit worked but rattled and made lots of noises. Coffee at breakfast area was not drinkable. Decided not to eat the breakfast as eggs were watery. Was charged additional resort fee at check in even thought I paid in full when I booked the stay. Staff was nice and was doing their best with what they had.

Good Things: bar in lobby, good breakfast, some updates Not so good: only some updates, can’t get a swim in before breakfast because pool doesn’t open until 9 am and breakfast ends at 9:30am. The only king room left was first floor right next to lobby entrance felt like a fish bowl with window next to entrance. Asked for a different room but staff couldn’t upgrade us to king suite because we booked third party - Expedia. We would have paid up charge to different room type. Had Expedia talk with hotel and between them they still couldn’t accommodate the change. That’s ridiculous! We were penalized because we booked Expedia. Room was dark the whole time with light blocking shade pulled down for privacy (no sheers). Makes me question booking via Expedia if hotel’s hands are tied to make changes. Manager refunded resort fee as curtosey which was nice but really?

Booked property specifically as a pay at check in which is very common for us when we travel. They charged my card the night before which was not the one I was planning to use. When we arrived, attendant was rude and said we'll its a holiday weekend so they run all the cards ahead of time. My thought...hmmm false advertising...then... Got to property to check in and it was 20 minutes before 3pm. We were told there is an early check in fee of $35... so we left and came back at 3 to a long line of people who were told the same thing and only 1 desk attendant. That was an awesome experience to wait all while the AC was out in the main areas. I mean they charged my card before I got there but wouldn't let me check in 20 minutes early unless I paid for it. I can understand an hour or more early... Great management and customer service. We then were in our room where the bathroom soap had hair on it as well as some of the floor and tub. A couple of towels did not appear to be very clean either. The bed was hard and the pillows were so fat we woke up with sore necks. It really was disappointing. We will not be returning which is unfortunate as we spend 3 weekends a month in Pinetop through the summer and we're hoping this would be this year's spot. I just did not get that good customer service vibe you expect at a hotel for the price we paid.

Staff checking in was smooth, 35 dollar fee for early check in. I gave it 3 stars bc the room was more than adequate the bathroom floor had hair on it and the rug especially by the bed had a big stain like big. The shower was fine but I don’t know what was on the side near the drain but red stuff that probably was a repair but looked like dried blood

Our room had mold in the shower and a significant amount. The sink and tub were cracked so most likely there is moister sitting in there and can be worse than the outside surface. The fan in the bathroom was very loud like it needed to be changed. I ended up cleaning the mold with disinfectant wipes and not using the fan but didn’t like when stepping into the shower it felt like it was going to collapse and no I am not heavy, it was uneven. The beds were nice and soft with good linens. Pillows were comfortable and we did get a goodnight sleep. Not loud from others around us, even being at the end close to the stairs. Donuts at breakfast were delicious, not sure if they come from a local coffee shop or bakery. Same breakfast every day. Bacon, potatoes, eggs and waffles station. I was hoping at least one of the days to have sausage or at least something slightly different. Even stuff to put in waffles would have been okay. Very plain but again served its purpose since we were on the go. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub as it was a busy weekend but seemed as though others liked the indoor option. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Always smiled and treated us when we walked past. Check in/out was simple and easy. The room ultimately served its purpose for the weekend, but cannot give 5 stars due to the bathroom condition.

Staff was great. Hotel itself is older and amenities are lacking. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. It worked for a quick 2 night stay, because we were only there essentially to sleep. Would have been great to have even a small outdoor area to have a drink or coffee. Decent value for the price paid on a holiday weekend.
