The hotel is very clean. The staff was very polite and helpful. The young lady at the front seat that seem to be working evening and the the next morning was very friendly. Staff helped when asked and breakfast was good. Recommend.

My husband and I love Pinetop. This hotel was nestled in the trees and we enjoyed the scenery around the property. Room was very clean and comfortable. We ate at Charlie Clark’s Steakhouse. Great food. Country western music. Waitress very attentive.
