The front desk staff, however could use some lessons in hospitality. There were zero smiles, the gentleman at night treated me as if I wasn't there even though I was the one checking my husband and I in. When it came to returning the credit card back, the one I handed him, he tried to hand it back to my husband. I took it from the clerk's hand. The hotel states that late check iuts can be asked for, for a fee and when we tried to get iurs extended for one hour, the same clerk said absolutely not as the room was reserved for the next day. He wasn't even nice about it. Upon check out, I wasn't greeted with a smile, just a would you like receipt? I had already received one. When I was finally asked about our stay, I did mention about the incident with the previous clerk and although she apologized, I let her know that it wasn't her fault. Upon walking out the door, she told us to have a "blessed day." Your staff should not be pushing their religion on others.

If the most important thing about a hotel stay for you is cleanliness, this hotel is a good fit. Additionally, there's always an employee available for help, and the breakfast, including in the stay, is substantive: eggs, meat, toast, oatmeal, fruit, etc.

You can tell this is an older property so it is understandable that there are a few things that are run down my biggest concern with this property and this town is there is no cell service I am a T-Mobile user and I don't get service like at all in the entire town Please be aware if you are a T-Mobile user you will not be able to get a connection even when you hook up to the Wi-Fi in the hotel you still have no connection.
