Good Affordable Hotel
Good little hotel with basic amenities. Location was great, close to the local parks, restaurants and retail businesses. The room had a microwave and a good size mini fridge which allowed us to save some on eating out with the food we brought. Room itself was clean, good option for a family or average traveler. The breakfast was free and decent but lacked protein. It had the standard staples like juice, coffee, toast, bagels, yogurt, ect. Customer service was good, Karen helping with the breakfast was a gem who made us feel welcome and was kind to the children.

Dirty beds dirty room staff did not change bedding when I called bathroom moldy and looked like throughputs throw up on the floor dirty floor and a man attacked a woman in front of my husband and 2 year old son causing him to cry in panic in the hallway loud stay horrible experience will be dying if not issued refund

Nice place for your getaway in the pines!
Clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. 3 EV chargers (2 Tesla, 1 standard). Free breakfast in the morning in the lobby area. Cereal, yogurt, bagels /cream cheese, bread (for the toaster), Golden Malted Waffle station, juice station, coffee. Karen at the front desk was very friendly and and made us feel welcome. She is such a sweetheart.

The walls are so thin, you can hear everything going on upstairs and next door. The bathroom smelled like pee. They never came and cleaned, we specially went to the front desk and ask to have room service do our room. They write it down but never came and cleaned the room.

Convenient location. Carpet was very dirty. Lighting was very poor. During one of our stays we had to wash our feet 4 times because our feet were almost black due to the filthy carpet. Ask for room with no carpet; they are hard to get. Impossible to read or apply makeup. When we asked about lighting, we were told to open drapes!

Normally we love visiting Pinetop-Lakeside but this experience was not what we had in mind. The hotel room was dirty and the floors were disgusting. Unfortunately we cut our trip short after a long night of dealing with loud noises coming from upstair guests. The hotel staff was very understanding and allowed us to cancel the 2nd night of the trip to receive a full refund. We appreciate the staff for their understanding with the matter. We won’t be staying at this property next time we visit Pinetop.

Unclean property The second floor area outside my room was very stained and dirty. And it appeared that the sheets on one of the beds were old and hadn’t been changed so I changed beds. Not up to normal Expedia standards.

Room was old and worn. Towel rack was coming out of wall. We had to ask for cleaning fresh towels and trash removal. Our room was cleaned once at our request in 9 days. Loud talking late at night in the parking lot which took over 2 hours and 2 phone calls to resolve.
